Local care, delivered
The team you trust. The convenience you want.
The Wash and HappyNest bring two strengths together: attentive local laundry care and an easy way to arrange pickup and delivery.
HappyNest handles the online signup and scheduling experience. With code THEWASH, your account is assigned to our Richardson laundromat, where our team washes, dries, and folds your laundry using professional equipment.
You get The Wash's care without making a trip to the store. We take care of laundry day while you get on with yours.
Why HappyNest
Easy to schedule. Easy to stay informed.
Book online or through the HappyNest app, with recurring or on-demand pickups to fit your routine. There is no contract or subscription required, and creating an account is free.
Choose your detergent and folding preferences, then keep those choices in your account for future orders. Notifications tell you when your driver is on the way, when your laundry is collected, and when it is coming back.
Next-day service brings fresh, folded clothes back to your door, so laundry does not take over your week.
Available service days, pricing, and turnaround are shown for your address. Large orders may need additional processing time.
What makes this partnership different
Professional laundry care, close to home.
Where your laundry is cleaned matters. Your orders come to The Wash's professional facility in Richardson, with commercial equipment and a local team focused on your clothes.
- A known local laundromat: the team behind The Wash handles your laundry.
- Care that follows your preferences: communicate your choices through HappyNest before pickup.
- Visibility along the way: delivery updates and customer support help you stay informed.
When comparing delivery services, look beyond the pickup itself. Ask who cleans your clothes, where they are cleaned, and how your preferences are communicated. Our partnership makes those answers clear.

Pickup & delivery questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave your bags at the designated pickup spot and include clear access instructions in your HappyNest account. Choose a location protected from the weather when possible.
Can I choose an exact pickup time?
HappyNest uses delivery routes rather than appointment windows. Select an available service day and watch for driver notifications as your stop approaches.
How does pricing work?
HappyNest currently uses per-bag pricing, with detergent preferences, folding, and delivery included. Check the price for your address during signup. Your card is charged after pickup.
